JOHN POLLARD

President & CEO

John has 33 years of aerospace engineering and management experience.  He was General Manager of four aerospace companies, including two part 145 repair stations and two FAA certified PMA manufacturing companies, with a strong emphasis on new product development and growth.  John’s areas of concentration have involved systemizing engineering and manufacturing operations, maximizing financial performance, and aligning human capital. Additionally, he has thirteen years engineering experience including eleven years at Pratt & Whitney’s Military Engines Division.

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State University, a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of Florida, and a Master’s in Business Administration from University of Miami.  He is also a six sigma green belt.
